About Northern Territory Library

The Northern Territory Library is located within Parliament House, at State Square in Darwin's central business district. It is the Northern Territory's major reference and research library responsible for collecting, preserving and providing access to the Northern Territory's contemporary and pioneering history.The library is open to all and provides a relaxed environment in which to not only peruse the print and electronic collections, but also catch up with events making headlines in international, state and local newspapers.
